The Factory
of gingerbread
Discover the history of Dijon gingerbread through a museum combining ancient tools and modern technologies. Thanks to a unique multi-sensorial immersion, via a delicate scenography, coupled with acoustic reconstitutions, be part of a singular discovery of the history of Mulot & Petitjean House and of gingerbread making.
The Factory is just over our workshop. You’ll be able to discover the work of our craftsmen live, and witness the steps of gingerbread making through wide bay windows.
I visit the Gingerbread Factory
We do not have parking dedicated to museum visitors except for people holding a Carte Mobility Inclusion (CMI) card. You will find free spaces on Boulevard de l’Ouest or further up on the Boulevard (Parc des Carrières Bacquin or JDA car park).

Visit autonomously with french, english and german audioguides.
