Tiramisu verrine

For a delicious and original dessert, opt for thin and delicate verrines of tiramisu flavored with Dijon gingerbread.

Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 5 slices of gingerbread (plain, strip or ½ strip)
  • 3 eggs
  • 75g sugar
  • 1 packet of gingerbread crumbs

The recipe

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Vigorously beat the yolks with the sugar and mascarpone.

Whip the egg whites very stiff and gently fold them into the egg, sugar and mascarpone mixture.

Fill a verrine by alternating gingerbread and cream.

Reserve for 1 hour.

Tips

You can flavor the cream with a hint of cinnamon. In summer you can also add fresh raspberries or strawberries!
