Gingerbread strip with orange filling
The filled strip is a gingerbread double filled with orange marmalade.
Made in our workshop in Dijon, the stuffed strip is a classic recipe perpetuated by Mulot & Petijean for several decades.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour (WHEAT)(Origin: France), orange jam 29% (origin: EU outside EU) (glucose fructose syrup, orange puree (35%*), sugar, gelling agent: pectins, correctors acidity (citric acid, trisodium citrate)), honey 20% (Origin: EU), invert sugar syrup, sugar, EGG yolk (Origin: France, eggs from free-range hens), baking powders ( sodium carbonates, ammonium carbonates), natural lemon flavor, natural anise flavor. *% expressed on the jam.
Possible traces of nuts: ALMOND.
